The Home Energy and Water Upgrade program helps residential customers save energy and water through a home survey and the installation of energy and water saving devices, at no cost to the customer.

A certified GWP contractor specializing in energy and water efficiency will visit the homes of residents interested in participating in the program and conduct an energy and water survey of the home to identify potential energy and water efficiency upgrades. A short report will be generated listing recommended retrofits. Each recommendation will include anticipated annual energy and water savings.
